Jayanti Kaur, a 24-year-old resident of Mallehwal village in Punjab, stands as a testament to the transformative power of timely support and community-based interventions. After successfully completing her Class 12 Board Examinations, Jayanti aspired to pursue higher education. However, financial constraints at home forced her to set aside her dreams and begin working in the fields to support her family.

Her path took a hopeful turn when she learned about the opportunities offered by the nearby Sai Swasthya Wellness Centre. Motivated by the Centre’s outreach, Jayanti applied for the Sai Swasthya Health Training Program and was selected following a personal interview. With focused training and mentorship, she not only completed the program but was also appointed as a Health Worker at the same Centre.

Today, Jayanti has a stable source of income and has resumed her educational pursuits. Her journey reflects the broader vision of the Sai Swasthya Wellness Centre—an initiative committed not just to providing equitable healthcare, but also to enabling skill development, education, and empowerment at the grassroots level.
